Key Responsibilities:
1. Directing traffic within the parking area to ensure efficient flow and maximize space utilization.
2. Collecting parking fees, managing transactions, and issuing receipts or tickets to patrons.
3. Maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, picking up litter, and ensuring the parking lot is free of debris and hazards.
4. Monitoring the parking lot for any suspicious activities or security breaches and reporting them to management.
5. Assisting customers with locating their vehicles and providing excellent customer service, such as greeting patrons and opening doors.
6.Enforcing parking lot safety rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of all patrons.
Qualifications and Skills:
a. Previous experience as a Lot Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
b. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with the public.
c. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
d. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
f. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
g. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
The role involves working outdoors in a parking lot or garage setting.
The attendant may be required to stand or walk for extended periods.
The position may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
