Description Our client is a leading producer of superior quality microgreens, petite greens, and edible flowers located in San Marcos, California, and they are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This position requires excellent typing skills, knowledge of database management, and a keen eye for detail. Data Input: Enter data accurately and efficiently into the appropriate fields within our database.
Record Maintenance: Update and maintain database information, reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies where required.
Reporting: Generate and provide reports to relevant departments when required.
Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of data collection and entry procedures.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive or confidential information in line with data protection and company policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge of database systems, data entry protocols, and the practical application of office procedures.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
