They need to understand cross-functional touchpoints and their impact on various service areas and platforms to develop solutions for complex projects. This position entails providing independent consultation on intricate projects and leading Medium Enterprise or Large Enterprise projects within specific domain areas.Responsibilities
Implementing and supporting services on various platforms. This encompasses planning, design, requirements, estimating, configuration, testing, and deployment with minimal supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
Developing working relationships with project team leaders, management, and external clients to effectively deliver projects and deliveries.
Supporting colleagues in consultative best practice conversations with clients including guidance and support for their professional development.
Having targeted client conversations and providing consultative advice and recommendations, to influence decisions,
Managing internal initiatives such as identifying /incorporating process improvement, documenting best practices, building and refining functional/technical collateral.
Acting as point of escalation in implementations and projects for clients in Payroll and HCM.
Attending governance meetings and scheduling check-ins to discuss issues and concerns with client contacts.
Leading team(s) responsible for client deliverables and consulting.
Requirements
Demonstrate experience in client consulting within SAP Payroll/HR platforms.
Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
Able to work in a demanding environment and to adapt to frequent change
Possess computer skills with current technical knowledge
Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Able to define global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.
Demonstrate SAP/EC/ECP experience
Demonstrate experience leading team projects
