OverviewThe Manager of Project Analytics drives strategic operations planning, analytics and reporting for the stores organization. The role is vital to run the business through managing annual and quarterly planning. Additionally, the role will leverage an excellence in financial modeling to help identify and size potential opportunities for sales and OI expansion. Scope also includes supporting decision-making through rigorous data analysis of the business, development of business cases, tracking tests, and delivering ROIs. The role includes cross-functional partnership with field, finance, asset protection, supply chain, and other functions

A Day in the Life:

Manage annual and quarterly planning across operations functions and with cross-functional partners.

Identify investment opportunities, define and run tests; deliver ROIs to understand performance.

Develop financial modeling to help size initiatives as an input into prioritization of projects.

Support with creating business cases to drive data-based decision-making for operational and capital expenditure program investments.

Deep-dive projects to provide overview of performance, including diagnosing of issues and potential resolutions.

Work with and in stores to identify opportunities to drive sales and OI through efficiencies.

Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

Support planning, decision-making, and other run-the-business needs with strategic thinking and analytical insight.

You’ll Come With:

A Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline required (Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)

MBA preferred.

2-3 years of experience post advanced degree or 5-8 years post undergrad.

Strong experience with financial modeling, business cases, and structured problem-solving

Experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, and similar contexts
