Folino's Pizza is opening our newest location in Northfield! We are excited to come to a great community with our from scratch, sourdough pizza. We still have some time until we are ready to open our doors, but we are looking for the right people to join our management team. We are currently looking for a general manager, kitchen/prep manager, and shift leads.
Each of our locations are run by a committed and thoughtful person aiming to operate a clean, profitable, and respectful kitchen environment. Our healthy and reliable atmosphere starts at the top. We are looking for someone who is like-minded as well as self-motivated and can promote a strong skill set in leading, training, and efficiency.
We offer a very fair and effective pay structure that maintains our employees at a comfortable and livable wage. We understand the importance of our valuable team members and we strive to reflect that in our pay structure.
You will be trained in one of our operational locations from the ground up. You will be able to see all of our systems, ordering procedures, recipes, and our expectation of product and service.
