Direct Support Professional (DSP) work one on one with clients in one of three settings: work, home, or community. In each area, the DSP will aid in successfully implementing individualized, community based service plans that maximize independence and esteem of the individuals they serve. The DSP will be responsible for implementing support strategies, provide for health and safety needs and act as a mentor to the individuals they are assigned to serve. The DSP will be responsible for documenting each shift promptly and accurately.

Educational Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Starting wage: $18/HR
