350Vermont is hiring a part-time Operations Manager to support our statewide grassroots climate justice work. The position is based out of our Burlington office. The Operations Manager plays an essential role in keeping the organization running: managing our office; running our internship program; handling donations, transactions, and other key administrative processes; making sure bills are paid; running budget reports and updating our finance database; keeping employment policies updated; supporting with fundraising tasks; and helping with a range of other HR, financial, admin, and potentially communication needs.
We’re looking for someone highly capable in both collaboration and self-direction, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, passion for climate justice, and at least two years of experience with internal aspects of organizations.
The position is 24 - 32 hours/week, depending on interest and availability. The pay is $26.91/hour (Program Manager level) or $30/hour (Program Director level), based on experience, with paid time off, a professional development budget, optional vision and dental insurance, and a phone or internet stipend.
