Provide commercial coaching services to account and engagement teams and firm management on account level contracting (for example: rate cards, volume incentive structures, other commercial terms), and deliver such services individually

Work with PCE team to develop, manage, and deploy tools, processes and thought leadership to improve contracting, negotiation, pricing and management reporting and services such as rate card modeling and reporting, Commercial Contracting Guidebook, MSA scoring, rate comparator tool, and more

Contribute to creating training content towards becoming lead facilitator of PCE training.

Collaborate occasionally with team members and other firm groups to coach account and engagement teams on pursuit pricing and commercial terms

Help to develop resource plans and structures to influence organizational priorities

Build strong professional relationships in order to influence executive levels across the organization

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including procurement, contract management, commercial management, and negotiations

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Experience in the professional services industry serving clients or supporting client service; experience in client negotiations

Strong executive presence and presentation skills; credibility to coach and train partners, managing directors and executives on how to negotiate and price professional services

Comprehensive command of negotiations methodology and pricing models

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
