This exciting opportunity will use your experience to support DoD Senior Leadership, and Executive working groups.Primary Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining AWG website and related content. Ensuring appropriate metadata capture and organization to facilitate efficient and logical website navigation and document discoverability. Providing corresponding insight and advice to support decisions on content.

Collaborating with programmers and AWG leadership on website design, development, maintenance, and improvement.

Work with AWG leadership to build and survey the annual AWG budgets; maintain data and requests on financial activities to requests are accurately captured and ensure all appropriated funding is executed as expected.

Managing and maintaining AWG budget tool. Ensuring appropriate metadata capture and organization to facilitate efficient budget tracking and provide insight to support financial decisions.

Providing collaboration support for new projects as specified by AWG leadership.

Coordinating organizational calendar, project tracking, and conference schedules.

Providing support for AWG meetings of management bodies to include coordinating the agenda, dates/times, and locations of the meetings, scheduling conferences rooms, maintaining access control to relevant facilities, communicating information to key stakeholders, assisting in the preparation of briefings materials, track completion of the action items, posting all relevant materials to the AWG website.

Providing all necessary support to facilitate or present at meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops, working group meetings, and off-sites. Support includes facilitation, presentation, and participation as a subject matter expert, as well as, desktop computer operations, processing requests, scheduling, arranging for facilities, preparing materials to include read ahead materials, and recording and producing minutes as well as post-forum reports and briefings.

Coordinating conference room and Video Teleconference (VTC) requirements for AWG meetings, conference, workshops, etc.

Receiving and handling visit access requests on behalf of AWG.

Performing ad-hoc efforts as requested by AWG leadership. The completion of those tasks will be based on a timeline mutually agreed to by the Government and the contractor.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with project management with working groups or committees.

Requires a minimum of 7+ years of relative experience working to support Executive Staff

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience working in classified and unclassified environments.

Ability to manage executive schedules, multiple meetings, and working in classified and unclassified environments; arrange classified and unclassified conferences and meetings.

Experience using advanced computer skills including information management, using and managing data, setting up and troubleshooting electronic processes to streamline procedures.

Expertise managing a wide range of management and administrative duties (travel, calendars, correspondence, organization charts, telephone lists) in support of the office.

Experience facilitating senior management correspondence and communication including preparing memos, and correspondence with minimal oversight, as well as accurately compose and prepare effective correspondence and reports.

Clearance Requirements: Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification

Experience working within the Department of Defense

Detail oriented, professional demeanor with strong organization and proven interpersonal skills.

Ability to exercise mature judgment and make independent decisions in accordance with established policies, rules and procedures.

Ability to work in a team environment, interacting with a range of federal and contractor staff.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Excel) with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications required.

Experience maintaining physical security of classified safe, including all content, from creation through destruction in accordance with and in compliance with applicable regulations.
