This role will play a critical part in aligning product marketing strategies across departments, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives to meet product and membership goals.Position Description

Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive engagement across diverse audiences.

Collaborate with eCommerce and product teams to ensure successful launches and optimize the performance of SHRM's offerings.

Partner with B2B marketing, web, and creative teams to align on messaging, campaign execution, and digital assets.

Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing initiatives are cohesive and aligned across channels.

Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to enhance the customer journey, improve campaign outcomes, and maximize ROI.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics across channels to refine strategies and report outcomes to key stakeholders.

Contribute to the ideation and execution of advertising opportunities and strategies for new products or emerging markets.

Drive the integration of customer insights and analytics into campaign strategies to better meet audience needs and expectations.

Ensure project timelines are met by managing workflows and collaborating with various teams, including creative, digital, and communication teams.

Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency across teams.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

At least seven (7) years of experience in digital or product marketing.

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, eCommerce, social and digital marketing teams.

Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple teams and priorities.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and website optimization.

Experience with marketing-related software programs (e.g., Marketo, social media, mailchimp andGoogle Analytics) preferred.

A creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Agency or non-profit experience a plus.

Certifications

Google Analytics Certification preferred

Email Marketing Certification preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Work Environment

Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Travel Required: Occasional 0-10%

#LI-HybridThe hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
