BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst II / Experimentation Lead to support CEAD experimentation initiatives. The candidate will bring proven experience in test design, execution, and evaluation, with deep understanding of acquisition programs, systems analysis, and operational field testing.
The ideal candidate will:
- Lead and support end-to-end test and experimentation efforts, from methodology development to data collection, analysis, and final reporting.
- Develop test plans, test readiness documentation, data source matrices, and system evaluation plans.
- Coordinate closely with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure effective event design, EXCON support, and network requirements.
- Advise program managers on technical issues and contribute to high-impact briefings and reports.
- Manage Agile workflows, scrums, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate strong technical writing skills to support acquisition documents, briefings, and analysis.
- Contribute to Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning and execution phases.
