job summary:

Seeking a Program Manager with excellent leadership and

collaboration skills to support a DoD Cybersecurity Support Services (CSSS) contract. On a daily basis, you will apply program management techniques to

ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of cyber products and ensure their compliance with all contract requirements. You will also work with the client to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives. You will coach, mentor, and lead staff with diverse skillsets and backgrounds, and grow future leaders. You will also analyze the budget and facilitate contracting actions and work closely with the client to ensure projects meet delivery, quality, and schedule goals supporting organization-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives.

Additionally, you will:

  • Serve as the single point of contact to the Government
  • Provide all aspects of project management including financial, schedule, technical, and personnel management
  • Lead Team in enforcing all DoD IS, Platform-IT system, and software application cybersecurity policies and procedures, as defined by cybersecurity-related documentation
  • Direct all contract execution functions, communication, and coordination with DMDC stakeholders and other contractors
  • Work with contractor technical leads and with the Government to ensure timely identification, communication, and resolution of problems/issues
  • Engage subject matter experts as needed to provide strategic advice and collaboration
  • Attend meetings and create briefings

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in a related field and 8+ years of experience with expert skills in information technology program management
  • DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification compliance: IAM II or equivalent
  • Experience managing complex FFP DoD programs and understanding of Cyber Security principles, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), and DevSecOps and Tools.
  • Experience with managing project teams, including direct responsibility for people development
  • Experience running Firm Fixed Price contracts
  • Experience with using Microsoft Project
  • Experience managing subcontractor teams
  • Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • DISA experience and PMP certification preferred
  • Implementing ITIL/DESMF ITSM processes preferred


Preffered Skills:

  • Experience and proficiency with eMass and RMF.
  • Experience working with remote/virtual teams
  • Experience delivering DoD information system solutions under NIST RMF is a plus
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
