Field and send out send written business correspondence

Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Handle incoming telephone calls

Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Basic Medical Terminology experience required

Inbound Call Center experience

Proficiency in health insurance

Confidential Documents experience preferred

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

Proven computer skills

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Customer service and office administrative skills
