Description Director of Contracts Administration Government Contractor Arlington, VA$170,000, 401(k), plus bonus! My client is a nonprofit federal government contractor located in the Washington, D.C. area, with a need for an experienced Director of Contracts Administration. The Director of Contracts Administration will provide support as a subject matter expert over the entire award lifecycle in administering contracts, grants, subcontracts, and data use agreements. The Director of Contracts Administration will be responsible for the following: · Responsible for the development and management of enterprise contract administration and policies. Provides contract administration (for both customer and vendor contracts) and bid and proposal support, ensuring compliance with the organization and governmental practices. · Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, grants, and private sector support requests from the proposal phase through the close-out· Administers contract terms from the proposal stage to project close-out by relevant regulations· Administers contracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, and certification, for major contracts· Ensure contracts are following Federal regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) · Coordinates approval of negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate management staff.· Provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements to program managers and senior executives.· Supports preparation of cost proposals including pricing review and cost proposal risk assessment; leads organizational conflict of interest assessments· Prepares and/or reviews non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other miscellaneous contractual documents · Coordinates with program managers to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled· Administer various types of contracts and subcontracts including Firm Fixed Price, Time and· Perform appropriate clinical, administrative, and operational research to support the proposal · Track payment schedules, Fixed Prices, T& M, and Labor Cost complianceAll candidates interested in the Director of Contracts Administration role and other full-time permanent opportunities across the Washington, D.C. area please send your resumes to Justin Decker via LinkedInRequirements Requirements: BS/BA degree10 years experience in grants and contracts management for Federal Government ContractsExperience negotiating prices, terms, and conditions for government contracts and Hands-on experience with and deep knowledge of US Federal requirements required (FAR, CFR/Uniform Guidance); experience with foundation funding preferred Proficient in contract instruments, including Cost Reimbursement, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Indefinite Delivery types.
