Embedded Incident Response Coordinator Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Incident Response Coordinator Specialist to join our embedded team supporting our clients GSOC.  The candidate will monitor for major incidents, facilitate incident/crisis management team support, author stakeholder and employee messages and related products, and document response activities. The Specialist will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services and products. They will be accountable to the Sr. Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager and have dotted line reporting to Incident Commanders as events require. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.  This position is on site Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM.Key responsibilities:Draft, review, and distribute stakeholder notificationsTriage and manage security incidents and events that cause business disruptionsWork with the Operations Manager to identify process and quality improvementsRepresent the GSOC in incident response meetings with stakeholdersFacilitate “tabletop” and drill exercises while on shift for continuous trainingReceive information from outgoing shifts to identify ongoing events and open action items to ensure effective transition personnel supporting emergency incidents and eventsCreate effective oncoming shift briefings, allocate tasks and assignments, and drive completion of pending productsDevelop and implement preparedness and recovery trainingProvide back-up support and on-call functions, as neededAssess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findingsCollaborate with internal and external teams partners to propose, develop, and implement solutions to customer and operational challenges
