Job Description Prepare and assemble Federal hiring package documentation for various hiring authorities and hiring actions Track packages and update systems of record Follow checklists, SOPs, and training modules to correctly assemble packages based on hiring authority and package type Packages:o Classification packages: Title 5, Title 38o Recruitment packages (Delegated Examining, Merit Promotion, Direct Hire): Title 5, Title 38, Title 21o Selection packages: Title 5, Title 21 , Title 42g, Title 38,o Name Action/Personnel Action Packages: Various types; all authorities Pay adjustments, career ladder promotions, title changes, name changes, position reassignments, PD reassignments, retirements, separations, etc. Promotions: SBRBPAS, Competitive Promotions (Merit Promotions), etc.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
