Job Title: Program AnalystJob DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Program Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). The Program Analyst will support Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs (BASP) and bring both intelligence and security experience at the defense operational level or above to the position. The ideal candidate shall provide all support required to organize, analyze, and coordinate planning, programming, and resource data needed for optimum development and management of the Battlespace Awareness portfolio. Tasks, duties, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Review and evaluate existing and planned intelligence and ISR capabilities, processes, and programs across the DoD and IC to meet the operational warfighter, acquisition community, and policy maker needs.

Assist as needed in the coordination and staffing that supports the daily execution of the overall Battlespace Awareness portfolio ensuring consistent OUSD(I&S) positions with Service, Joint, and OSD staffs across affected functional areas.

Prepare materials for the director and deputy directors of Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs (BASP), the DDI (PRO), and the USD(I&S) as directed.

Assist the government lead as a supporting point of contact for Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), assist tracking of congressional marks and actions, and aid with required briefings, Intelligence resources, and other products as necessary for the BASP Director.

Provide analysis to support decision recommendations to facilitate government direction, policy guidance, acquisition oversight, and programmatic recommendations for Intelligence programs supporting the DoD and the Intelligence Community (IC).

Provide research and analysis, recommendations, development of position papers, responses, talking points, memoranda, briefings, and correspondence as required on all critical intelligence capabilities.

Assist the government leads in the oversight of Intelligence Capability Area Deep Dives and Focus Teams in all matters concerning the administrative functions of the teams to include briefing, IT support, and meeting coordination.

Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience in program management, organizational efficiency, and productivity through analysis, administration, and evaluation. -Experience in reviewing operating procedures to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency. -Experience working collaboratively on various programs and projects, developing a deep understanding of policy development, management policies, and other regulations and practices.
