THE WORK: You will support Program Management and will be responsible for taking inputs from Program Managers to update and maintain detailed project execution schedules. You will also be responsible for ensuring key program and project documentation is kept up to date.Here's What You Need:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with coordination with Program Manager, develop project schedules with functional team inputs
Minimum 1 year of experience in attending project meetings, collecting progress data and revising project plan as needed
Minimum 1 year of experience in creating, maintaining, and updating program schedules on a regular basis
Minimum 1 year of experience in following up with assigned owners on status of their tasks
Minimum 1 year of experience in ensuring key program and project documentation is kept up to date
High School Diploma or GED
Bonus Points If:
Proficiency in Google Sheets
General understanding of project scheduling
Experience with Task Flow or Jira or similar tooling
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Apps Script optional
