AECOM is seeking an experienced construction project manager to support of our growing Higher Education business throughout Northern Virginia.Responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following: Manage all phases of Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) projects from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achievedProvide technical leadership and guidance on constructability reviews, field engineering challenges, and construction-related issues throughout project executionApply extensive construction management experience to support project owners, field staff, and multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex technical and operational issuesCollaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to support project delivery, resolve technical issues, and ensure effective communication across all phases of the projectExercise independent judgment in resolving technical and project management matters while operating with minimal supervision and broad administrative directionEnsure compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, quality standards, and AECOM policies and procedures
