JOB TITLE: Digital Product Specialist - IntermediateLOCATION: Geisinger Office Buliding IDEPARTMENT: Digital EngagementWORK SCHEDULE: DaysWORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)Job Summary:Geisinger’s Digital Product Specialist serves as chief ambassador for and will oversee accountability for one or more digital products. Understands how product(s) supports critical key business marketing and customer experience objectives, regularly reports on product KPIS (and how they relate to system goals) to department and system leadership. Effortlessly partners with product end users/stakeholders within business units, Marketing team, Digital Marketing team and IT development team to plan and manage product roadmap, product specifications, implementation of new features, and collaborate with business stakeholders to assess business and operational processes and define solutionsWeb publisher experienced with web page design and layout (for desktop and mobile) with working knowledge of digital publishing platforms (CMS, WordPress, etc.) Experience publishing content for web working with content owners/writers on a daily basis to ensure website content is appropriately maintained. Knowledgeable of website design and architecture best practices. Familiarity with Photoshop CC/Adobe CC suite and image processing for a the web a plus. Strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how typography relates to art, design and graphics are highly desirable. No Coding necessary. Experience with Google analytics, SEO and accessibility a plus.   • Job Summary Under the direction of the System Director Business Office and Supervisor-Cash Posting & Patient Financial Services, performs posting of all payments and adjustments from patients and third party insurance payor/s; utilizing both manual and electronic remittance/EOB remittance information in multiple computer systems with accuracy. Completes reconciliation of all daily postings and ensures accurate balancing of all posting transactions. Triage and correct posting corrections timely and efficiently.
