$4 Shift differential (2ndshift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)

Department/Unit Summary Our postpartum/nursery unit has 11 rooms with a 1:6 (3 couplets) patient ratio. Our nursesin this departmentcare for postpartum moms, newborns, post op GYN patients, and occasionalantepartum patients(such ashyperemesis orpyelonephritis). Additionally, these nurses attend deliveries, provide 1:1 care for infants requiringadditionalsupport and prepare infants for transfer whenahigher level of careisrequired. About our Health System

Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossessa nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’sdegree preferred).Additionalrequirements include:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Experience in clinical area preferred
S.T.A.B.L.E. preferred
