You will have the opportunity to help people experience our Customer Promise - helping people make the most of their money so they can make the most of their lives, by providing education and advice tailored to suit their financial needs.As a Branch Operations Lead Trainee in Branch Banking, you collaborate with the Branch Manager, branch employees and One Chase colleagues to ensure customer financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. A Branch Operations Lead Trainee is passionate about taking care of our customers and employees, providing an exceptional customer experience, and working with the Branch Manager to set the tone in the Branch.A typical day consists of assisting customers and performing transactions. You will also look for opportunities to make customers lives easier by setting up self-service options and building relationships. Throughout the week, you will schedule time to review branch operations and share updated policy and procedures with branch employees. This results in the business is adhering to control expectations.Job responsibilities

Works with the Branch Manager to set the tone of the branch environment to provide an exceptional customer experience and a dynamic and engaging culture

Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making customers feel appreciated, performing transactions, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings

Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures

Introduces customers to the branch team who will build relationships and assist with specialized financial needs

Makes customers' lives easier by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week

Supports the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audit standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent

Detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task with a dedication to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Availability to work Branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated ability to make connections, engage, and educate customers and refer to colleagues as appropriate

Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and customers to technology

Demonstrated leadership abilities and proficiency in operations and transaction accuracy while working well in a team environment

Some College level or military equivalent or 2+ years of branch banking experience

Training requirement

Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead training program is a pre-requisite to be considered active in Branch Operations Lead role
