Design, develop and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards to deliver complex analysis, interpretation and actionable insights.
Develop and implement automated data preparation, cleaning and blending processes (Tableau Prep and R) to optimize critical data for analysis and visualization.
Compile metadata and developing data dictionaries.
Compile weekly and monthly reports for agency leadership.
Perform big data mining, cleaning and manipulating using SQL and R to deliver statistical analyses and visualizations.
Coordinate and conduct collaborative analyses and research projects.
Respond to urgent and ad-hoc data requests as needed.
Conduct data and statistical analyses to interpret, relate and report results.
Translate business requirements into effective visualizations and data models using Tableau.
Create documentation and presentations.
This position is fully remote and requires a Public Trust (or the ability to obtain it). The candidate may be required to work outside of business hours including weekends based on need.Education:Requires BS/BA degree in a related field.Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis; 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Experience with Data Mining, Cleaning and Manipulating (SQL and R).
Demonstrated knowledge of and/or certification in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and scripting languages (Python, R, Matlab).
Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with Geospatial Mapping and Analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel, Access, and Macros/VBA.
Knowledge of Statistical analysis and modeling.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
