Trace is hiring immediately!Job Title: Network ArchitectJob Location: Fairfax, VA (Waples Mill)Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibilityDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a cleared Network Architect to join our team in Fairfax, VA.Daily Responsibilities to include:
Understand broad client requirements and translate them into documented engineering requirements.
Execute high client initiatives and guide deployment of innovative solutions using the latest technologies to support the warfighter
Develop new strategic initiatives and customer relationships while continuing to enhance preexisting initiatives and relationships
Consolidate, project, and grow pre-existing efforts
Proactively arrange technology engagements with clients and align trace technology solutions to integrate
Analyze requirements, design, develop and deliver documentation deliverables of solutions lifecycle such as design, process, policy, techniques, tactics, and procedures in a timely manner.
Interface with potential and pre-existing customers, systems architects and engineers from several disciplines to help drive customer deliverables and systems design.
Participate in full life cycle development and sustainment modeling, ensuring all requisite support agreements, training, organizational integration, processes/procedures and transition to operations to ensure enterprise level performance and operational support are fully established
Interact cross functionally on solutioning & lifecycle sustainment issues that require coordination across organization lines.
Travel to customer sites for site assessments in preparation of installation and gather customer feedback. This will require autonomy with the clients’ network and enterprise services to analyze and evaluate the components and postures of the existing networks.
Identify risks affecting sustainability and performance of enterprise systems, ensure these risks are tracked and managed.
Coordinate technology integration within new or existing program portfolio to ensure Trace products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
Organize and lead teams as needed to achieve project goals.
Improve team efficiency through improving internal training and documentation, identifying knowledge gaps and resolving them.

Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fifteen years direct experience in the last 20 years.
Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required

PMP
CCIE
Education:
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Network Engineering, Math),experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
