In this role you will help develop new applications for our customers, which will support their administrative and research activities, including those related to planning, funding, and conducting research that promotes the prevention and treatment of heart, lung, and blood diseases.Work Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.HOW A SENIOR POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies applications, reports, and workflows with a Power Platform solution
Collaborates and engages with analysts and business experts to gain full understanding of business needs and requirements
Contributes across all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile practices
Coordinates with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, configuration management, security, and other technical groups to ensure all needs are met and fully implemented
Develops and supports custom solutions and interfaces using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and RPA
Designs end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing using low and no code solutions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Experience: Minimum of nine years of experience
Required Technical Experience:
Minimum of nine years in solutions design and development
Experience with developing software using Agile practices
Minimum of three years of experience as a Power Platform developer, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or RPA, and minimum nine years of experience with Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, etc.)
Experience developing Power Platform applications for the National Institutes of Health, including system that support scientific research
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
Security Clearance: Must have a currently active NIH Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Ability to effectively communicate
