This role is responsible for creating custom workflows, integrations, and applications during the client implementation phase and will also manage the platform’s ongoing maintenance and operations post-implementation. The senior developer will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions are functional, secure, and scalable.Key Responsibilities :
Develop, configure, and customize the FedRamp ServiceNow platform based on client helpdesk operations specifications
Implement ServiceNow modules
Act as the primary ServiceNow administrator post-implementation, managing platform operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Build and maintain custom helpdesk workflows, business rules, and client scripts
Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and data sources as needed
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ServiceNow solutions post-implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow project
Perform platform upgrades and apply security patches as required
Create and maintain technical documentation and platform configuration
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Field. Degree requirement can be supported with 4+ additional professional experiences
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow FedRamp implementation and platform administration
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, API, and workflow automation
Proven experience implementing and configuring various ServiceNow modules
Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols
Experience with complex helpdesk workflow design, data integration, and platform governance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
Experience in managing ServiceNow O&M post-implementation is a strong plus
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
