As a Project Manager , you will be trusted to manage and be responsible for the successful planning and completion of project tasks and the support of PMO activities and support the Program Manager. Support the program management team ensuring the contract requirements are satisfied. Ensure that contract requirements are met, including quality assurance in products and services, cost control, timeliness and business relations

Oversee delivery of project management requirements including: Financials, Briefings, Other project management deliverables

Provide Task Order Program Management

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client and stakeholders, manage client and stakeholder expectations, resolve issues, and determine and implement appropriate course of action

Identifies and leads continuous service improvement efforts to improve the user experience, decrease cuts, add innovation and increase customer satisfaction

Managing day-to-day client interaction, setting, and managing client expectations, and responding to client communications, questions and/or concerns in a timely manner

Managing and being responsible for scope management, schedule, budget, resource allocation, delivery date risk mitigation, and client deliverables related to multiple projects

Preparing vision and strategy work products, technology and product analysis, white papers, and responses to management queries on strategy and product related topics

Collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholder, customer and project team members to ensure technical solutions align to the full scope of user needs

Manage DataMart Business Analyst team and other analysts to support PRF products

Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle

Providing Level of Estimates (LOEs) for Change Requests

Ensuring completion of tasks to achieve quality outcomes

Be an Agile change agent work with scrum masters and agile professionals to support development efforts and supporting continuous improvement opportunities

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or Computer Engineering, Health or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience supporting project management activities

5+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering

5+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment

Healthcare information and data analysis, preferably related to COVID, insurance, financial and claims

Experience working with multi Agile team environment and coordinating across different Agile teams to deliver data products

Experience working with BI tools

Experience managing SaaS projects

Experience in change management

Experience managing schedules using tools such as MS Project

Experience developing and managing project risks and issues using a risk management tools

Experience working in an Agile environment, such as Scrum or SAFe Agile environment

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Desired Skills:

Masters Degree

Healthcare Service or Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) agency experience

Excellent knowledge of best practices and an understanding of industry trends and difficulties

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences

Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources

Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority

Works well as a team member in a fast-paced and often time-sensitive environment

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
