As an IT Quality Analyst for the Defense Stockpile Management System (DSMS) including Defense Integration and Management of Nuclear Data Services (DIAMONDS), Joint Application Design Environment (JADE), and DIAMONDS Accountability Training System (DATS) projects for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:
Assists QA lead in developing documents and maintaining a QA program to support the DSMS applications for DTRA NL Directorate.
Participates in C# software and Oracle database design analysis and testing.
Drafts preliminary application test plans and procedures.
Performs testing, capture artifacts and analysis of all new applications or changes to existing applications prior to release to end users.
Performs functional testing of Enterprise system patches and their interaction with the environment and assigned applications.
Assists in maintaining QA records in accordance with CMMI Level III policies and procedures.
Performs all other work as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Advanced degree of analytical ability.
Knowledge of Agile process and procedures for software engineering.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of nuclear weapon movement, maintenance, and storage practices.
Knowledge of CMMI process and procedures or like system.
Understanding of SQL and C# programming languages along with script creation and utilization.
Knowledge of Software Development Platforms and ticketing systems such as Microsoft Azure DEVOPS, Inflectra SpiraTeam / Rapise, and Jira)
Oracle Databases and the incorporation of such into application environments.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
