As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping DTRA's response to national defense priorities outlined in the National Defense Strategy.Responsibilities:Provide expert analysis and advice for data management, performance measurement, and organizational assessment efforts.Support strategic and operational analysis of Agency and DoD strategy, policy, and doctrine.Lead or collaborate in study teams to develop solutions to complex problems, focusing on Agency Strategic Strategy assessment.Develop and maintain organizational assessment products using data visualization techniques.Ensure that analysis is effectively presented and understood by internal and external stakeholders.
