In this role you will get to work with an amazing team in supporting a variety of administrative and operational activities .What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in day-to-day operational activities to help meet delivery and business objectives.
Provides general administrative support for leadership across the business unit including documentation support and calendar management for larger meetings.
Manages planning and coordination of logistics for meetings and events.
Coordinates travel for leadership across the business unit including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as expense report creation and submission.
Assists the security team with incoming and outgoing visit requests.
Supports office management and logistics.
Supports HR in the new employee onboarding process and other HR initiatives
Assists in the procurement process by providing support in the areas of PCard purchasing, requisition creation and tracking, and inventory tracking.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal skills
