DescriptionCleared Hybrid Opportunity.DevSecOps Engineer – Lead - Hybrid Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking a cleared DevSecOps Engineering Lead to support a government intelligence agency contract. Apply your experiences and expertise as part of our team to advance and increase the use of Big Data, data analysis, AI, Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics in support of this mission critical work for an Intelligence Community customer. Cleared (TS SCI w/ CI Poly) opportunities with partial remote work available.DevSecOps Engineering Lead Duties include but are not limited to:

Design, build and test scripts in native and tool-dependent languages for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.

Lead the development of an automated framework for Security Tool deployment and development, leveraging various scripting languages and open-source solutions.

Using Security-as-Code principles, build templates to automate security vulnerabilities and suggest and implement proper alternatives.

Coordinate closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications and requirements. Architect and design API Security, Container Security, or Cloud Security.

Apply security to cloud technologies (Securing CD pipeline, Secure Infrastructure as Code, Container Security etc.).

Build and maintain monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that produce artifacts that support security and compliance needs.

Implement security features and monitoring tools, performing periodic security and code quality assessments.

2-3 days a week required to be on site at a SCIFF in Northern VA.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years’ of experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD technologies

Knowledgeable in development of CI/CD Pipelines

Able to obtain IAT Level II certification such as CASP+ or Security+

Comfortable leading and generating tasking for a small team of DevOps engineers.

Comfortable working in a SCIF daily

Key Qualifications/Experience:

Experience with OCI-compliant container technology and tools (Docker, Podman, etc.)

Experience with a wide range of automation, development, and quality tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Artifactory, SonarQube)

Experience with OpenShift Container Platform or similar Kubernetes architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing automation techniques that improve deployment speed and service reliability in the containerized environment.

Experience working in an Agile environment/working knowledge of Agile principles and practices.

Working knowledge of implementing NIST 800-171 security controls

Comfortable with digging in and debugging deployment issues.

DevOps or Cloud related certifications

Education:

One of the following:

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline with 10 years of experience

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Active or recent TS/SCI required. Willing to upgrade to Polygraph.
