About the Role :UX Engineers at ATPCO are the synthesis of design and development. Accelerating our build-measure-learn process, they partner with UX designers, product managers, and full-stack engineers to build customer-centered interfaces that form the platform for industry innovation in airline retailing.Senior UX Engineers at ATPCO must combine creativity, analytical skills, and expert knowledge of front-end technologies to develop web applications that deliver great product experiences. This role will focus on the 3Victors suite of products, which allow their customers to confidently make strategic pricing decisions leveraging the power of AI.Key Responsibilities:Drive the front-end development on key applications, partnering closely with full-stack and backend engineering teamsDeliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologiesDesign and build components for ATPCO’s in-house design systemAdvocate for end users and customer outcomes through all stages of the software development processAdvise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from designers and UX researchersArticulate feasibility impact with non-technical team membersWrite documentation for both teammates and design system usersWrite automated unit, E2E, and visual regression testsMentor junior UX engineers and peersProvide code review feedback with peers, sharing best practicesStay on top of tech trends and experiment with new technologies that may improve our UX engineering practiceQualifications5+ years of experience in front-end engineeringExpert with JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSSExperience with one or more modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, Svelte, Solid, Vue)Experience with contemporary design system principles, techniques, and toolsExperience developing applications on a public cloudUnderstanding of human-computer interaction designStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issuesSalary Range:  110,350 - $150,000The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differential associated with the location
