The Technical Project Integrator will directly support the customer Front Office (FO), working with chiefs and directors at multiple levels of the organization to achieve Front Office project objectives. As an integral part of helping to achieve mission goals, the Project Integrator must be highly autonomous, very detail oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Organizing and tracking complex requirements

Assisting Front Office in assessing, documenting, tracking, and forecasting new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)

Helping with business process definition for the overall Office

Creating and maintaining Front Office reporting

Triaging and prioritizing actions and tasks as they come in

Coordinating project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items and tracking action items for successful completion

Assisting in the preparation of management plans and reports

Understanding workflows across the divisions

Providing support to various functional teams, such as technical writing, technical editing of documents and integration of various sources into a cohesive product

Composing technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports

Editing functional descriptions, system specifications, user's manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents

Basic Requirements:

7+ years’ experience with project integration or project management

3+ years’ experience with IT project management

Experience with successfully working with Project Managers overseeing work progress

Experience with creating, writing, and editing documents containing highly technical content

Knowledge of Agile Methodology

Ability to effectively and accurately document meeting notes and outcomes to drive solutions

Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures

Ability to successfully work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, helping to negotiate solutions across a variety of systems and platforms and products

Ability to work well in a constantly evolving work environment.

Ability to demonstrate strong organization and communication skills

Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Desired Requirements:

Project Management Certification

Proficiency in Atlassian suite of products such as Confluence and JIRA

Clearance Requirements:

Active/Current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
