The Vice President/Division Manager is responsible for strategic positioning, growth, program execution, customer relations, staffing, professional development, personnel management and relations, business planning, and financial performance to build and sustain revenue growth and profitability.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for providing full spectrum cyber, security and intelligence solutions to a broad array of Federal Customers within the Intelligence Community.
Oversee employees and subcontractor performance
Provides line and program direction with responsibility, typically, for an estimated $200 million annual revenue.
Build organizational capabilities, conduct strategic planning, and make decisions with other senior executives regarding critical business and overall strategic matters
Drives 3-year outlook of business development activities and growth pipeline, working closely with ManTech’s Business Development/Growth team
Oversees the ACS Division's involvement in program capture and proposal development.
Provide mission and values based leadership, direction, support and assistance to the operating line to optimize operational effectiveness and strategic position.
Maximize and coordinate resources across the Division.
Work with clients, stakeholders, peers, and employees to achieve division and corporate goals.
Develop processes and procedures in coordination with corporate to allow the team to be successful and effective.
Leads ACS Division Annual Operating Plan development and execution
Basic Requirements:
15+ years related work experience in relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility.
10+ years proven experience working for government contractors with experience as an executive for an entire department, line of business, program, and/or portfolio of programs.
BA/BS degree
Must be knowledgeable and experienced in leading a delivery team across full-spectrum cyber technologies and techniques, with a proven track record of significant growth in revenue and profit.
Annual P&L responsibility of $50 Million plus, and monthly forecasting of Revenue and Profit
Exceptional customer interface skills
Must have knowledge of USCYBERCOM and related service cyber components, as well as Intelligence Community clients
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization.
Must be willing to travel outside of the Washington metro area up to 10%, with significant travel in the local Washington metro area required

Masters degree is desired
Clearance Requirement:
An active/current TS/SCI clearance is required

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
