Join our diverse team and play a crucial role in safeguarding Micron’s valuable data and systems.As an RBAC Solutions Integration Specialist in Micron’s Identity and Access Governance Team, you will spearhead the identification, design and implementation of Micron’s global access controls. Your focus will be on driving strategy, onboarding new capabilities, and implementing industry-leading best practices. You will partner with collaborators from across the network to implement capabilities and support program advancement to support our “zero trust” initiative.In this role, you will be a key member of the RBAC Core Team designing and delivering solutions to support the strategic direction of the program. This is a dynamic role with large impact and an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance a career in Identity Access Management (IAM) with a variety of possibilities and challenges.Responsibilities:

Participate on the RBAC project’s core team by assisting with key decision making, problem identification, and supporting activities that advance the program.

Identify areas for improvement in existing access control systems and recommend enhancements.

Stay updated on the latest security trends and design solutions to integrate them into Micron’s security framework.

Own the identification, design and implementation of new access control capabilities to advance our ability to secure systems and data.

Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas of concern as they relate to IAM and RBAC.

Support program maturity and broaden your skills by tackling a variety of special projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.

Experience with IAM tools, platforms, and both custom and out of the box integrations (SailPoint preferred).

Experience with directory services (AD, LDAP, EntraID, Unix LDAP), data warehouses (GCP, Snowflake), structured and unstructured data (e.g., filers, SharePoint collections).

Experience with configurable security setups in tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.

Self-motivated, organized, and highly capable of carrying out comprehensive plans with minimal direction.

Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail.

Exhibits a proactive approach toward identifying and resolving issues.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled at bulk data manipulation.

Collaborative and inclusive with a positive demeanor, well-suited for working across geographical and organizational cultures.

Superb communication and comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical and leadership teams.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology. Related disciplines considered.

Minimum of 5 years professional work experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on RBAC preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CIMP, CISM, CISSP or similar are a plus.
