Data Analytics & Insights Tech Lead - Location is McLean, VA. This is a Full-Time Position..Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferredTypically has 8 or more years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or comparable field
Hands-on experience with coding languages python, R or similar
Hands-on experience with BI and/or Data Visualization tools such as Tableau is a must
Hands-on experience with developing Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence models is a must
Consistent track record serving as lead on data analytics projects
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present content from low to high levels of complexity to audiences of varying levels of seniority
Effective organization skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with Client Experience and/or Client Journey (B2B and B2C) and associated data (client sentiment, call center, CRM) is preferred
Familiarity with Secondary Mortgage Market and/or business and operations also a plus
