Leverage your Army expertise to advise Army clients in the Headquarters, Department of the Army and major commands on Army operations and business functions. Work with your clients to identify areas of improvement in areas such as human capital, financial management, supply and logistics, operations and force management, and others. Apply management consulting skills such as organizational transformation, change management, strategic planning, communications, or business process re-engineering. Assist with analysis of potential new Army clients and projects.What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Experience as a company grade U.S. Army officer Captain or higher

Knowledge of basic management consulting principles

Ability to travel

Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Master's degree

Project Management Professional certification

An Army Command assignment or Pentagon

  • Summary The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation\'s effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Responsibilities This Identity Intelligence Analyst position is in the Identity Intelligence Training Division (I2TD) of the Directorate of Identity Intelligence (DII), which is responsible for coordinating and conducting training in identity intelligence disciplines. Specifically, these individuals will be responsible for developing and conducting training for DII\'s screening and vetting mission set, ensuring all of DII\'s screening and vetting analysts are properly trained on applicable policies, systems, and tools. These candidates will also assist with I2TD\'s Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE) and Watchlisting familiarization courses and work across the Directorate and NCTC to help develop and implement new I2 courses. Plan, develop, and assist with the instruction of a holistic identity intelligence curriculum for the Directorate of Identity Intelligence that often will require generating new concepts and thinking creatively to ensure a successful implementation. Communicate regularly with internal and external CT and educational counterparts to collaborate on identity intelligence training and conduct assessments of the types of trainings that may create opportunities to pursue joint-training activities. Manage initiate, cultivate, and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts in the CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities to support NCTC mission requirements and analytic undertakings and to promote intelligence integration.
