Perform Project Management in support of annual unique training curriculum (coordination of training exercises, prepare comprehensive program communications, resource alignment, review/verify training deliverables, etc.)
Track PMO Team/Project milestones, action requirements and client training deliverables
Creates, incorporates and implements changes to training as directed by client or PMO
Support Senior Program Manager/Deputy Program, PMO and Client in support of annual training exercises
Extensive knowledge of customer internal IT systems & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must possess the aptitude to interpret areas where improvement contributes to program success
WorkingExtensive knowledge of customer internal IT systems & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or commensurate relevant experience
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: .TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent Interpersonal Skills and capable of working in a team environment
Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies and processes
