Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep for our well-established, fast-paced, and growing construction company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Customer Service scheduling for new construction homeowners;

Liaison with Service Manager to resolve escalated customer construction complaints;

Answer customer questions about scheduling and/or work quality;

Schedule Service Technician visits;

Process work orders and complete data entry;

Perform administrative tasks such as phone monitoring, call routing, and document processing;

Be willing to learn and assist in Contract Management:

Be willing to learn and assist in managing sub-contractor insurance certificates, ensuring they have adequate coverage;

Qualifications:

Dependable with eagerness to learn;

2 years administrative experience in an office setting;

Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;

Organized and able to multitask and work independently without getting flustered;

Reliable transportation;

Experience in a construction setting is a plus;

Work Location: Chesapeake VA
