Gathers and analyzes customer calls and various computer data to determine the location and cause of power outages

Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide a quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations

Performs callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill shifts

Schedules and manages other non-emergency customer-requested work in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure superior customer service

Provides accurate and timely information to customers, and first-line resolution to customer complaints

Accurately reports outages to customers' accounts

Accurately manages Estimated Restoration Times for customers

Maintains scheduling, reporting, and follow-up with the Local Office

Provides timely and accurate data for continual Service Reliability improvements

Performs other duties as requested or assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceOperations Analyst I

2+ years of related experience

Basic knowledge of distribution and transmission systems

Ability to learn job-specific computer applications

Ability to handle constantly changing and emerging priorities

Ability to address multiple tasks simultaneously

Maintains a working knowledge of TRSi, the ARM suite, ARCOS, CBMS, GIS products, SRRS, and other office software

Interpersonal; verbal and written communications; customer service; analytical thinking; good computer skills and proficiency working in various software applications such as Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications.

Problem resolution;

Demonstrated sound analysis skills.

Strongly Preferred:

6 months of experience in the following is preferred

Customer Business Management System (CBMS)

Trouble Reporting System (TRS)

Trouble Reporting System Interface (TRSi)

Network Management System (NMS)

Dominion Mobile Viewer mapping systems.

Other various scheduling software
