Exercise excellent customer service skills in support of all faculty and staff members of the University through building relationships, documenting work clearly and completely, following up and following through on your commitments, learning continuously and delivering solid operational metrics.Type of Recruitment Knowledge, skills and abilities Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot computer and mobile operating systems (Current and Past Versions of Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android) hardware, software, peripherals, and appropriate system management and security tools in a network environment. Efficient time management to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
