Interior Power Contracting is a small-business construction contractor, located in Virginia Beach, with over 20 years of exceptional service in our industry. We are currently seeking a dependable, experienced, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. Starting pay of $18 - $25 based on experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answer phone calls, maintain emails, and respond to customer inquiries
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and generate estimates and invoices in Quickbooks
· Process weekly payroll
· Manage company new enrollments, garnishments, retirement funds, etc…
· Reconcile and balance all accounts and generate reports in Quickbooks
· File and organize project documents
· Source and order materials as needed
· Prepare documents for annual industry needs (audits, license renewals, etc…)
Qualifications:
· High school diploma, additional education in accounting preferred
· 3+ years experience in office management is required; Construction or similar industry is preferred
· 3+ years in bookkeeping and cost accounting is required
· Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is required
