We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.

Real Estate Assistance:

Assist in property listings by preparing documentation, scheduling showings, and managing property databases.

Support in the coordination of property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

Handle preliminary inquiries from potential buyers or sellers, providing accurate information about properties and market trends.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve a variety of administrative and client-related issues efficiently and effectively.

Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

Client Interaction:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Ensure client satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with real estate regulations.

Prepare and manage documents for transactions, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other staff to support sales and leasing activities.

Contribute to team meetings with insights on administrative improvements and client feedback.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a real estate or related industry.

Proven track record in problem-solving and process improvement.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and real estate management systems.

Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
