Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in Richmond, Virginia. The role primarily involves handling customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The industry is focused on delivering high-quality service to all customers, and the workplace thrives on teamwork and effective communication. Responsibilities: Manage a backlog of customers requiring inspections by making outbound calls to schedule appointments Utilize strong tech skills to quickly adapt to and utilize necessary computer programs and CRM systems Respond to customer inquiries and issues, albeit infrequently, with professionalism and efficiency Demonstrate reliability and excellent interpersonal skills in all interactions with customers and team members Use ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS to assist in maintaining accurate records and processing applications Employ Customer service software for efficient and effective customer interaction Use 'About Time' program to effectively manage time and tasks Handle inbound calls professionally, providing necessary assistance to customers Benefit Functions will be used to ensure customer benefits are effectively managed Continuously work in a repetitive role, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Requirements Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or similar customer service environment Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Avaya CMS is essential Must have experience with various computer programs Knowledge of CRM and customer service software is required Ability to use About Time software Capable of efficiently answering inbound calls Demonstrated ability to assist customers and resolve their queries Experience in handling benefit functions is necessary Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of maintaining professional demeanor under pressure Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required Bilingual or multilingual skills would be a plus Willingness to work in shifts, during weekends, and on holidays if necessary Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
