Job Summary:This position, in collaboration with the Corporate Account Executives, is responsible for the development, management and maintenance of high level accounts with profitable revenue from major Fortune 500 companies.

Perform daily account management activities, e.g., review daily performance and profitability metrics in support of multiple Corporate Account Executives (CAE’s).

Responsible for collaborating with CAE’s to identify and acquire Estes’ business opportunities; assist with seamless startups of new business in collaboration with internal departments; service / maintain existing / new corporate customer accounts; ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and improved; and proactively review data for trends notifying key stakeholders of findings and recommendations.

Create, process and analyze reports on a daily basis to monitor shipment and transit status to ensure a high level of customer services

Educate customers on Estes’ products and technology and collaborate with customers on specific needs

Communicate with key decision makers in the customer’s organization, as needed, to discuss new business opportunities and resolve issues.

Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

2 years Customer Service or Sales Support experience required

Excellent oral, written and listening skills required

Professional and positive customer relationships in all business dealings required

Knowledge of transportation industry preferred

Proficient in, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, and Access; experience with AS400 preferred

Knowledge of Estes’ product offering, operations, rules and regulations, rates, billing and corrections procedures.

Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy

Demonstrated ability to rapidly gain product knowledge

Experience with CRT or PC

Self-directed team player with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Must be detail oriented

Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job

Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct

Must be able to interact well with others

Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting

Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities

Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check

Must be authorized to work in the United States
