Kitchen Utility – Moore Street Café (Richmond, VA)
$16/hr starting pay
We’re looking for a reliable, cross-trained team player to join our kitchen at Moore Street Café. This is a jack-of-all-trades role that supports the entire back-of-house team — a great fit for someone who likes variety and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
Floating between stations to cover breaks and assist where needed (line, pancakes, dish, prep)
Helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
Learning all positions to provide flexible coverage and extra support during busy shifts
Picking up additional shifts as available
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Works well in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Daytime only (no nights)
Weekend availability required
