Requirements:
- Commercial/ Residential technician with minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial service & preventative maintenance
- Valid VA driver's license - Clean Driving Record
- Dependable and on time
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Willingness to work extended hours in peak seasons
- Drug Free
- Universal CFC Certified
- Willingness to exceed job expectations
- Neat, clean, and professional
- Must be able to clear a background check
