Basic Construction Skills Required in order to make necessary repairs to Homes and Office Buildings. Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and general building maintenance work. Year long work rain or shine.
Must have hand and power or cordless tools.
Must be able to travel!
Qualifications:
Valid Driver license and transportation required.
OSHA 10 required.
CPR/First Aid required.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
