Responsibilities will include:

Applying Deloitte operating model transformation best practices and deep client mission knowledge to transform large scale program portfolios

Use and demonstrate an understanding of DoD client and behavioral science program priorities and policies to ensure delivery excellence.

Leverage understanding of DoD to drive capture efforts across the portfolio.

Advocate for the establishment and evolution of modern technological capabilities and prepare organizations for challenges to mitigate risks.

Lead cross functional teams who will collaborate across the GPS landscape to advance our Strategy & Analytics offerings and push the boundaries to create new markets and market share.

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or business-related field

8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

Proven experience building a project plan to execute business transformation to include any of the following: stakeholder engagement, business case development, ROI estimation

Experience assessing data reporting strategy and making recommendations to clients

Demonstrated experience leading/mentoring junior staff

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

Obtain and maintain the required TS/SCI Security Clearance for this role

Preferred:

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Experience working with Lean Six Sigma

Well versed in Business Process Re-Engineering

Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
