Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience

2+ years of Functional Requirements gathering and/or Program/Project Management experience

Salesforce implementation and/or project experience

Ability to work with product owner, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog

Ability to run program increment and iteration planning for the scrum team

Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories

Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business

Experience writing user stories

Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal

Agile Software Development Methodology experience

Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience

Agile Project Management

Scrum Master experience

SDLC Scrum Process knowledge

Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

Client management experience

Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations

Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams
